أثر سياسة التيسير الكمي على المستوى العام للأسعار في الجزائر

Résumé: طبق بنك الجزائر مؤخرا سياسة التيسير الكمي بموجب قانوني كانت لها تداعيات خطيرة على المستوى العام للأسعار خاصة في ظل ارتفاع الطلب الكلي وضعف مرونة العرض دون آثار جيدة للاقتصاد الوطني، خاصة وأن المستويات العامة للأسعار مرتفعة مقارنة بالدول المتقدمة التي لجأت لهذه السياسة بمعدلات تضخم شبه منعدمة لانخفاض الطلب الكلي، ونظرا للاستجابة الشديدة للعرض الكلي أدت برامج التيسير الكمي المطبقة في كل من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والاتحاد الأوروبي إلى ارتفاع معدلات النمو في حدود معدلات تضخم مقبولة وانخفاض معدلات البطالة. Abstract: The Bank of Algeria has recently implemented a quantitative easing policy under a law that has dangerous repercussions on the overall level of prices especially in parallel of the increase in aggregate demand and weak supply elasticity without any good effects on the national economy, strictly since the general price levels are high compared to developed countries which resorted to this policy at almost zero inflation rates due to the low levels of aggregate demand. Due to the strong response to aggregate supply, quantitative easing programs in both the United States and the European Union have led to high growth rates within acceptable inflation levels, and decrements in unemployment rates.
