Résumé: Since the adoption of the market economy ideology, the Algerian institutions have had to comply with the imposed changes such as competitiveness, quality, flexibility and efficiency. From this perspective, the national institution has adopted long-term strategies and plans to adapt to the current situation. To achieve a competitive advantage and a good position in the global markets, we analyze the National Corporation for the manufacture of spiral pipes ALFAPIPE in the state of Ghardaia to clarify the effectiveness of foreign partnership in improving performance.
