Résumé: The study aimed to know the impact of social responsibility in its dimensions (economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility, and charitable responsibility) in enhancing organizational loyalty among workers in its dimensions (emotional loyalty, charitable loyalty, and continuous loyalty) in organizations. To achieve the desired aims, this study was conducted on a sample of 267 employees working in the Antibotic branch, the study used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the researcher also relied on a questionnaire that included (39) items as a tool to collect information, and many statistical methods were used, including simple and multiple linear regression analysis and after analyzing the data, And testing hypotheses using SPSS version 22 and 25 to conduct the appropriate statistical treatments for what the study was designed for, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which were: The effect of social responsibility in its various dimensions in the antibiotics branch in the range on the organizational loyalty of employees is positive and moderate, while the effect of each dimension on one of the dimensions of social responsibility on the dimensions of organizational loyalty individually varies in the ratio between a weak, medium and acceptable percentage. The legal dimension of social responsibility has no bearing on the ethical dimension of organizational loyalty
