قياس أثر أبعاد السعادة التنظيمية على تحقيق التميّز التنظيمي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى قياس أثر السعادة التنظيمية على التميّز التنظيمي، ومن أجل أن تحقق الدراسة هدفها تم اختيار مجتمع يتكوّن من مدراء ومسئولين إداريين من وحدة "باتيمتال" للمعادن بولاية عين الدفلى، أما العيّنة فتحتوي على 30 موظفا، اعتمدت الدراسة على الأسلوبين الاستنباطي والاستقرائي بأدوات الوصف والتحليل، كما تمّ جمع البيانات الميدانية بواسطة استبيان تمّ تطويره لاختبار الفرضيات وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وحللت البيانات باستخدام برنامج Spss 26. من النتائج المتوصل إليها، وجود ارتباط معنوي ايجابي بين كل أبعاد السعادة التنظيمية والتميّز التنظيمي، وأيضا وجود اثر معنوي بين المتغيرات، بينما المتغير الذي يمكن التنبؤ به بالتميّز التنظيمي فكان التركيز على نقاط قوّة العامل. This research paper aims to measure the impact of Institutional happiness on organizational excellence. The study population includes managers and administrative officials from Algerian economic institutions. As for the sample, it was chosen randomly and it contains 30 employees. The study relied on deductive and inductive methods using description and analysis tools. Field data were collected with a questionnaire that was developed to test hypotheses and achieve the objectives of the study. Among the findings, there is a positive correlation between all dimensions of Institutional happiness and organizational excellence, and also the presence of an effect between the variables, while the variable that can be predicted in organizational excellence was the focus on the strengths of the worker.
