الفساد وحقوق الانسان

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى ابراز العلاقة بين الفساد وحقوق الانسان، باعتبار أن كليهما يؤثر ويتأثر بالآخر، فالوقاية من الفساد والتصدي له من شأنه احداث أثر ايجابي في مجال التمتع بحقوق الانسان، وبالمقابل فإن التزام الدول بإعمال حقوق الانسان وتعزيزها، يساهم بدوره في الوقاية من الفساد والحد منه وتقليص فرص ارتكابه. وقد ادركت منظمة الشفافية الدولية أن الفساد وحقوق الانسان مرتبطان ارتباطا وثيقا وعميقا فالفساد، انتهاك لحقوق الانسان. ومن جهتها ادركت الامم المتحدة أن نجاح جهود مكافحة الفساد مرهون باعتماد نهج قائم على حقوق الانسان والنهج المركز على الانسان هو نهج قائم على حقوق الانسان . كلمات مفتاحية: حقوق الانسان ، اشكال الفساد ، آثار الفساد ، الوقاية من الفساد ، مكافحة الفساد Abstract: This research aims to highlight the relationship between corruption and human rights, given that both affect and are affected by the other. and reduce the chances of committing it. Transparency International has realized that corruption and human rights are closely and deeply linked, as corruption is a violation of human rights. For its part, the United Nations realized that the success of anti-corruption efforts depends on adopting a human rights-based approach, and the human-centred approach is a human rights-based approach.
