تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية بالجزائر خلال الأزمات الطارئة: جائحة كورونا نموذجا

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم مستوى الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية في الجزائر في ظل تفشي جائحة كوفيد -19- ، و لتحقيق ذلك تم توزيع 50 استبيانه تضمن مجموعة من أبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية على المستفيدين من الخدمات الصحية خلال فترة انتشار الوباء ، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل وتفسير النتائج المتحصل عليها . و لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : - لقد قدمت المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية في الجزائر خلال تفشي جائحة كوفيد- 19- مستوى لائق من الخدمات الصحية . - تعاني المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية من نقص في الموارد المادية و ندرة في أعداد الفرق الطبية للتعامل مع الأعداد الكبيرة من المرضى . - يعتبر مشكل تطبيق التدابير الوقائية و الاحترازية لانتقال العدوى كوفيد 19- من أكبر المشاكل التي واجهتها المستشفيات العمومية في كورونا. Abstract: The aim of this study is to assess the level of health services in public hospital institutions in Algeria in light of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, and to achieve this, 50 questionnaires were distributed that included a set of dimensions of the quality of health services to the beneficiaries of health services during the period of the spread of the epidemic, by relying on the descriptive analytical approach to analyze and interpret the results obtained. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: During the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, public hospital institutions in Algeria provided a decent level of health services. Public hospital institutions suffer from a lack of material resources and a scarcity of medical teams to deal with large numbers of patients. The problem of applying preventive and precautionary measures for the transmission of Covid-19 is one of the biggest problems faced by public hospitals in Corona.
