Résumé: لللللللللل The current study aimed to identify the impact that e-training plays on activating human talent management processes within organizations of all kinds. The term has become widely known in terms of its development compared to the approved traditional training and the most important objectives desired from its application within organizations through the impact on human talent and the organization as a whole, and the statement of its most important features. And to determine the impact of e-training in activating talent management processes, as the study used the descriptive and analytical approach.
