The Impact Of Emotional Intelligence On Outstanding Job Performance Organizational Loyalty As A Mediating Variable
Résumé: To determine the relationship between emotional intelligence, organizational loyalty, and outstanding job performance at Condor Corporation in Bordj Bou Arreridj, 50 survey questionnaires were distributed to a group of employees at Condor Corporation, of which 30 were retrieved and subjected to statistical analysis. The data was analyzed and the hypotheses tested using the Smart PLS4 software. The findings suggest that exceptional job performance is influenced by emotional intelligence. The study also found a favorable correlation between organizational loyalty and emotional intelligence. However, according to the results from the Condor Corporation sample, organizational loyalty does not serve as a mediator between emotional intelligence and exceptional work performance.
