Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر التمكين النفسي في تحقيق اأاداء الوظيفي لعينة من الممرضين والأطباء العاملين بالمؤسسة الصحية "جبيري بوزيان" بولاية البيض، ومن خلال أداة الإستبانة حددنا محورين الأول خاص بالتمكين النفسي و الثاني للأداء الوظيفي،لقياس أثر المتغير المستقل (التمكين النفسي) وأبعاده (معنى العمل، الكفاءة الذاتية، الاستقلالية، التأثير) على المتغير التابع (الأداء الوظيفي)، وخصلت الدراسة بوجود اثر للتمكين النفسي بأبعاده الأربعة على الأداء الوظيفي للعينة، ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصلت لها الدراسة توفير بيئة عمل صحية داعمة للعاملين و تحقيق دور معنى العمل للعينة و التأثير الاجابي في بيئة العمل . the study aimed to reveal the impact of psychological empowerment in achieving the job performance of a sample of nurses and doctors working in the health establishment "Jibiri Bouziane" in EL-BAYADH State. for this, We identified two axes, the first is psychological empowerment, and the second is job performance. The study concluded that there is an effect of psychological empowerment on the job performance of The study sample.
