Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور تكنولوجيا سلسلة الكتل في الحد من الآثار السلبية لجائحة COVID-19في كل من مجال التعليم،التصويت، والمعاملات المالية، ومن أجل ذلك تم إستخدام الإستبانة كأداة للبحث العلمي من خلال دراسة استقصائية لعينة من المتخصصين في مجال الإعلام الآلي و الإتصالات في الجزائر، وتم الإعتماد على أسلوب الإنحدار الخطي البسيط كأداة لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة من خلال إستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي Spss. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن التكنولوجيا الرقمية من أهم الإجراءات والآليات التي تعمل على فك العزلة الناتجة عن الجائحة، وبالتالي تساهم تكنولوجيا سلسلة الكتل في الحد من الآثار السلبية لجائحة كورونا في كل من مجال التعليم،التصويت، والمعاملات المالية. Abstract: This study aims at to define the role of of blockchain technology in reducing the negative effects of the Corona pandemic covid-19 in a field (Education,This study aims to determine the role of blockchain technology in reducing the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the fields of education, voting, and financial transactions, and for that the questionnaire was used as a tool for scientific research through a survey of a sample of specialists in the field of computer media and communications. In Algeria, the simple linear regression method was relied upon as a tool to test the study hypotheses through the use of the statistical program Spss. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that digital technology is one of the most important procedures and mechanisms that work to break the isolation resulting from the pandemic, and thus blockchain technology contributes to reducing the negative effects of the Corona pandemic in the fields of education, voting, and financial transactions.
