العمل عن بعد ودور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في إدارة الأزمات

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف واقع وأهمية العمل عن بعد، خاصة في ظل الأزمات التي قد تحدث، ومدى مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تعزيز هذا المفهوم، ونظرا للظروف الاستثنائية التي قد تفرضها الأزمات والكوارث، خاصة بالنسبة لمنظمات الأعمال، استلزم الأمر خلق آليات للحد من آثار هذه الأزمات والتكيف معها. تعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من الوسائل الهامة في هذه الظروف، حيث يعتبر مفهوم العمل عن بعد من المفاهيم التي تطورت نتيجة لتطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، حيث ساهمت تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز مفهوم التعليم الالكتروني في الجزائر، خلال جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19)، سواء بالنسبة لوزارة التربية الوطنية، أو التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، كما ساهمت في تنظيم الملتقيات عن بعد. This research aims to explore the reality and importance of distance work, especially in the light of crises that may occur, and the extent to which ICT contributes to the promotion of this concept, given the exceptional circumstances that crises and disasters may impose, especially for business organizations, mechanisms needed to reduce and adapt to these crises. ICT is an important tool in these circumstances, the concept of distance work is one that has evolved as a result of the development of ICT Information technology contributed to the promotion of the concept of e-learning in Algeria, during the Corona pandemic (Covid 19), both for the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as to organize of distance conferences.
