أثر جودة خدمة الرعاية الصحية على رضا المرضى دراسة مقارنة بين المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية محمد بوضياف وعيادة الضياء بـ ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة تأثير جودة خدمة الرعاية الصحية على رضا المرضى الماكثين في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية محمد بوضياف والمؤسسة الاستشفائية الخاص عيادة الضياء بـ ورقلة وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات، وزعت عينة بالمستشفى العمومي محمد بوضياف قدرت ب 164 فردا ووزعت عينة بالمستشفى الخاص عيادة الضياء قدرت ب 50 فردا، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية Spss لمعالجة البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: تتميز جودة خدمة الرعاية الصحية بمستوى مرتفع في المؤسستين محل الدراسة، وهناك مستوى عال لرضا المرضى في المؤسستين محل الدراسة، كما توصلت أيضا أنه يوجد أثر إيجابي لجودة خدمة الرعاية الصحية على رضا المرضى الماكثين بالمؤسستين محل الدراسة وتوجد فروق في تصور المرضى حول جودة خدمة الرعاية الصحية وكذا رضاهم عنها في المؤسستين محل الدراسة The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of the health care service on the satisfaction of the patients in the public hospital institution Mohammed Boudiaf and the private hospital institution in Al Diaa clinic in Ouargla, based on the descriptive analytical methodology. To achieve the objectives of this study, Boudiaf was estimated at 164 individuals and distributed a sample in the private hospital Diaa clinic estimated at 50 individuals, and was using the program Spss statistical data processing, and the study reached the following results: The quality of the health care service is of a high standard in both institutions. There is a high level of patient satisfaction in the two institutions under study. It also found that there is a positive impact on the quality of health care service on the satisfaction of patients in both institutions. As well as their satisfaction in the two institutions under study
