اثر التمكين النفسي في تحفيز السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة السويدي كابل بولاية عين الدفلى

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التمكين النفسي بأبعاده في تحفيز السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين بمؤسسة "السويدي كابل" ، وبالتالي دوره في تحسين أداء المؤسسة ، وتم ذلك اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي في جانبها النظري، وتصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من اجل الدراسة الميدانية، وتم توزيعه على عينة تعدادها 180 عاملا، و تحليلها ومعالجتها باستخدام برنامج SPSS 25. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات حددت طبيعة العلاقة، والتأثير بين متغيراتها الرئيسية وبما يعزز صحة وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية للتمكين النفسي في تحفيز السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين بالمؤسسة ، وهذا ما يعود بالفائدة على أداء المؤسسة . This study targeted to know the impact of psychological empowerment in motivating the creative behavior of Suidi Cable company’s employees, and thus its role in improving the company’s performance through backing on descriptive approach in its theoretical side and the by the design of questionnaire as data collection tool for the practical aspect, it was distributed to a sample of 180 workers and was analyzed through applying SPSS program. The study reached set of ramifications that determined the correlation and the effect between its variables in way that enhances the existence’s validity of a statistically impact relation for psychological empowerment in inspiring the creative behavior of employees and that pays back the company’s performance
