أثر إدارة علاقات الزبائن في تحقيق الريادة في المؤسسات الفندقية – دراسة ميدانية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة أثر إدارة علاقات الزبائن في تحقيق ريادة المؤسسات الفندقية بالجزائر، تم جمع البيانات من خلال توزيع الاستبيان على موظفي الفندق، وقد تم جمع ما مجموعه 57 استبيانا باستخدام عينة ميسرة. ومن خلال تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط، أظهرت النتائج أن للأبعاد الأربعة لإدارة علاقات الزبائن (التركيز على الزبائن الرئيسيين، تنظيم إدارة علاقات الزبائن، إدارة المعرفة، إدارة علاقات الزبائن القائمة على التكنولوجيا) أثر دال معنويا في تحقيق الريادة في المؤسسات الفندقية. أخيرا، أوصت الدراسة مدراء الفنادق (العامة والخاصة) بالاستثمار الفعال في إدارة علاقات الزبائن والاستغلال الجيد للمعلومات التي يوفرها الزبائن. الكلمات المفاتيح: إدارة علاقات الزبائن؛ الريادة؛ الفنادق؛ الجزائر. تصنيف JEL: M19، M31 Abstract : This paper aims to investigate the impact of practices on achieving pioneering in hotel organizations in Algeria. The data was collected through distributing questionnaires on the hotel employees. A total of 57 questionnaires have been collected using convenience sampling. through the simple linear regression analysis, findings showed that the four dimensions of CRM (key customer focus, CRM organization, knowledge management, and technology-based CRM) impact significantly on achieving pioneering in hotel organizations. Finally, the study recommended managers of hotels (public & private) to invest in effective CRM and make good use of information provided by customers. Key words: CRM; pioneering; hotels; Algeria.
