تحليل أبعاد ضغوط العمل وأثرها على السلوك التنظيمي الفردي- دراسة تطبيقية بالوكالة المحلية للتشغيل بالشلف

Résumé: كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل أبعاد ضغوط العمل وأثرها على السلوك التنظيمي الفردي بالوكالات المحلية للتشغيل بالشلف، وقد تم توزيع أداة البحث الرئيسية المتمثلة في الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية من عمال الوكالة بلغت (60) عاملا، وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) رقم 20 في المعالجة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود علاقة ارتباط عكسية بين ضغوط العمل والسلوك التنظيمي الفردي بلغت (- 0,375)، كما أثبتت الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لضغوط العمل على السلوك التنظيمي الفردي بالوكالة المحلية للتشغيل بالشلف عند مستوى معنوية (α≤0,05). الكلمات المفتاحية: السلوك التنظيمي الفردي؛ ضغوط العمل؛ عبء العمل؛ علاقات العمل؛ الوكالة المحلية للتشغيل. Abstract: The aim of the study was to analyze the dimensions of work stress and its impact on individual organizational behavior at local agencies for employment of Chlef. has been distributed to major search of a tool in the questionnaire on a random sample of agency workers amounted to 60 workers, have been using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) No. 20 in the treatment. The study found the following results: an inverse correlation between the pressures of work and organizational behavior of individual amounted to (- 0375). The study also proved the existence of the effect is statistically significant pressure to work on organizational behavior of at the local agency for employment of Chlef at the abstract level (α≤0,05) .
