Criminal Responsibility Of The Legal Person For Electoral Crimes
Résumé: On of the main Algerian issues at the political and legal level is the electoral crimes, as the legislation intended to protect the electoral process by many mechanisms and guarantees and to prohibit the acts that may include a prejudice to the integrity and transparency thereof ,This is intended to determine whether the Algerian legislation deems the legal person criminally responsible for committing electoral crimes, and the role of this responsibility in protecting the electoral process, as the role of the legal persons cannot be denied in politics in general and the electoral process particularly, such as the political parties ,associations and the media ,in response to this issue, we have used the descriptive ,analytical and comparative approach ,By this Thesis, we concluded that the Algerian legislation positon regarding the criminal responsibility of the legal person for electoral crimes is ambiguous and uncertain ,which negatively affect the electoral process.
