دراسة واقع خدمات النقل الجماعي الحضري بمدينة ورقلة
Résumé: سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق لخدمات النقل الجماعي الحضري بمدينة ورقلة و الربط بين مختلف الفاعلين فيها، حيث تم بناء الدراسة و الاعتماد على أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في الملاحظة و الاستبيان و معالجتها باستعمال برنامج SPSS statistics 20 . أين توصلنا إلى أن نوعية الخدمات تختلف باختلاف وسيلة النقل المستعملة، إذ يرجع هذا الخلل في النوعية بنسبة كبيرة للناقلين بالحافلات، بينما يتقاسم الباقي الفاعلين الآخرين في مجال النقل الجماعي الحضري بالمنطقة. Abstract: an abstract is a brief, comprehend We will try to address the quality in Ouargla city and link between the various actors ،the study was built and based on the study tool of the questionnaire, and using the noting and SPSS statistics program 20 to processing them. We found that the quality of urban transport services in the field of study vary according to the means of transport used. This quality defect is due to a large proportion of bus carriers while the rest share the other actors in the urban mass transport area.
