استشكال سؤال الحق في زمن العولمة
Résumé: الملخص : ماذا يعني ان نعود اليوم لطرح سؤال الحق. هل يعود الامر للخلل الذي تعرفه حياتنا اليومية. ام ان الامر مرتبط بغياب مفهوم واضح لفكرة الحق على مسوتى العلاقات الدولية. اين اصبح منطق القوة يسيطر على المشهد. ان العودة لطرح سؤال الحق عودة مشروعة ولها مايبررها،في ظل عالم اختلت فيه المعايير وسيطر منطق العولمة الجارفة على كل الأحداث. Abstract: What does it mean to go back today to ask the right question. Is it up t o the imbalance that you know our daily lives. Or is it related to the absence of a clear concept of the idea of right at the level of international relations. Where the logic of power has come to dominate the scene. To come back to ask a legitimate right back question and have them justified. In a world where standards have broken and the logic of globalization has dominated all events
