Résumé: (The study aimed to idetify the impact of job satisfaction on the perfomance of human resources in the Mobilis corporation-ouargla- where the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach.using a questionnaire from as the main tool for the study.oOn a sample that included 79 employees of the Mobilis Ouargla Foundation;we also processed the data obtained the statistical program SPSSv26. - There is a statistically significant positive effect of job satisfaction(wage,work content,promotion,supervision,work participation,working hours and conditions) on the performance of Moblilis employees;-There is a high level of perfomance among Moblilis corporation employees;-There is a positive correlation ,no statistical singnificance, between job satisfaction(wage ,work content, promotion, supervision ,work participation ,working hours and conditions)and the perfoman of human corporation-Ouargla-;-There are statistically significant differences in the answers of the study sample about the impact of job satisfaction on the performance of human resources due to demographic variables(age,work experience . academic،);-There are no statistically significant differences in the answers of the study sample about the impact of job satisfaction on the performance of human resources due to demographic variables(gender, level,job)
