تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على طرق التوظيف بالمؤسسات الحديثة

Résumé: الملخص: لقد تغيرت أساليب التوظيف بالمؤسسات الحديثة تغيرا جذريا بدخول تكنولوجيا المعلومات حيز الخدمة فكان لها الاثر البالغ عليه فسهلت من الوصول الى أكبر عدد ممكن من المستقطبين والمحتملين لشغل الوظائف ففي هذا المقال رأينا أن نسلط الضوء على بعض طرق التوظيف وأساليبه وكيفية ملأ النماذج الوظيفية بالإضافة الى بعض الاحصائيات حول الدول الرائدة في هذا المجال أو النوع من التوظيف معرجين على الادارة الالكترونية ودورها في تجسيد هذا النوع من التوظيف، وقد خلصت الدراسة ايضا الى أن للتوظيف الالكتروني دور كبير في استقطاب الكفاءات المناسبة مع تخفيض تكلفة التوظيف و ربح الوقت و الجهد اللازمين له. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، التوظيف الالكتروني، الموارد البشرية. الإدارة الالكترونية تصنيفات JEL: A13؛ M14؛ M12 Abstract : Recruitment methods in modern institutions have changed radically with the entry of information technology into service, which had a great impact on it, facilitating access to the largest possible number of potential recruits to fill jobs, To some statistics about the leading countries in this field or the type of employment, referring to the electronic administration and its role in embodying this type of employment. The study also concluded that e-employment plays a major role in attracting professionals from various parts of the world, while reducing the cost of employment and making the necessary time and effort.
