بناء نموذج استدلال ضبابي في تقييم ومحاكاة أداء نشاط التوزيع بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية-دراسة حالة مؤسسة الاسمنت ومشتقاته بالشلف-

Résumé: إن الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو إظهار طريقة استخدام أحد نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي وهو نموذج الاستدلال الضبابي في تقييم أداء أنشطة المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وإبراز أهميته في استغلال المعطيات التي تتميز بعدم الدقة للحصول على نتائج دقيقة حول مستوى الأداء بالمؤسسة. من أجل ذلك تم إسقاط دراستنا على مؤسسة الاسمنت ومشتقاته بالشلف من خلال بناء نموذج استدلال ضبابي لتقييم أداء نشاط التوزيع بها، ومحاولة محاكاة أثر التغير في تكاليف عناصر التوزيع على مستوى أدائه من أجل تبني سياسات مثلى تمكن من وصول المؤسسة لأهدافها. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how to use the fuzzy inference model, and how to assess the performance of the organization's economic activities, and to represent its importance in exploiting inaccurate data to obtain accurate results on the performance level of the organization. This is therefore projected in our study on the Cement Corporation and its derivatives by building a hazy inference model to assess the performance of its distribution activity, and attempting to simulate the impact of the change in the cost of distribution elements at the performance level in order to adopt optimal policies that enable the institution to reach its objectives.
