Résumé: تعتبر المراقبة الإلكترونية آلية مستحدثة ضمن سياسة عقابية جديدة تهدف لتغيير نمط العقاب السالب للحرية وما نتج عنه من عدم فعاليته في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منه في إصلاح المحكوم عليهم، ونظام الوضع تحت المراقبة الإلكترونية يسمح بتأهيل وإصلاح المحكوم عليه خارج أسوار السجن، ويهدف لترشيد ميزانية الدولة والتقليل من مصاريف قطاع السجون، وقد تبناه المشرع الجزائري في تعديله لقانون تنظيم السجون وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للمحبوسين سنة 2018. Electronic monitoring is a newly developed mechanism within a new punitive policy that aims to change the pattern of freedom-depriving punishment and the resulting ineffectiveness in achieving the desired goals of reforming the convicts. One of the expenses of the prison sector, and it was adopted by the Algerian legislator in its amendment to the law on the organization of prisons and the social reintegration of prisoners in 2018.
