آليات حماية الطفل في خطر بموجب القانون رقم 15-12 المتعلق بحماية وترقية الطفل

Résumé: يتعرض الطفل بصورة مستمرة لأخطار متعددة تؤثر سلبا على الحالة الجسدية أو النفسية أو البدنية له مما يجعل محيطه الاجتماعي غير آمن، الأمر الذي أدى إلى بذل الجهود الوطنية من أجل حماية الطفل من خلال سن القوانين التي تعنى بذلك، ومن بينها قانون حماية الطفل رقم 15-12 الذي أنشئت بموجبه آليات لحماية الطفل في خطر كالهيئة الوطنية لحماية وترقية الطفل ومصالح الوسط المفتوح. The child is constantly exposed to multiple dangers that negatively affect his physical, psychological or physical condition, making his social environment unsafe, which led to national efforts to protect the child through the enactment of relevant laws, including Child Protection Law No. 15- 12 Under which mechanisms were established to protect the child at risk, such as the National Commission for the Protection and Advancement of the Child and the interests of the open community.
