Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على واقع ممارسة الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي بولاية تيارت، وقد تم من خلالها اكتشاف أن معلمي التعليم الابتدائي بولاية تيارت يمارسون الكفايات التدريسية بدرجة حسنة، وأن الكفايات التدريسية الفاعلة في الميدان كفاية التفاعل الصفي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفايات التدريسية، التعليم الابتدائي. Résumé ( ABSTRACT) : (maximum 10 lignes) (10)( Times New Roman) This study aims to try to know the reality of the practice of teaching competencies for primary education teachers in the state of Tiaret, It has been found that primary education teachers in the state of Tiaret practice good teaching competencies, and that effective teaching competencies in the field are the adequacy of class interaction.
