تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية كآلية لتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية: دراسة حالة المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية "شعبان حمدون" بمغنية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات الصحية بالجزائر ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة من خلال استخدام تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية المتمثلة في: (التوظيف الإلكتروني، التكوين الإلكتروني، تقييم الأداء والتعويضات إلكترونيا) ، ومن أجل الجمع بين الدراسة النظرية والدراسة الميدانية تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم توزيعه على مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في إطارات المؤسسة الصحية من أطباء، شبه طبيين وإداريين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية "شعبان حمدون" بمغنية، وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية وجودة الخدمات الصحية، ووجود تأثير إيجابي لأبعاد الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية على جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة. Abstract: This study aims to identify the reality of the application of electronic human resources management in health institutions in Algeria and the extent to which it contributes to improving the quality of the health services provided through the use of electronic human resources management applications: (e-staffing, e-composition, e-performance assessment and e-compensation). In order to combine the theoretical study with the field study, the questionnaire was used as a data-collection tool and distributed to the study community, consisting of doctors, paramedics and administrators of the hospital institution, Chaabane Hamdoune, with a female singer. After analyzing the data, we came up with a number of results, the most important of which are the strong correlation between e-management of human resources and the quality of health services, and the positive impact of the electronic management of human resources on the quality of health services provided.
