الموارد البشرية ونظام الحوافز في المنظمة، الأنماط والاتجاهات

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه المقالة الى التعرف على أهمية الحوافز في المنظمة ، كون نجاح هذه الأخيرة وتطورها ومستوى تحقيق أهدافها مرهون بما تقدمه من حوافز لمواردها البشرية ، حيث لها دورا هاما في التأثير على العاملين ، وعدم توفرها أو توزيعها يعكس مستوى و فعالية نظام الحوافز وسياسة التحفيز المطبقة فيها ، ويدخل الاهتمام بموضوع الحوافز في نطاق الاهتمام بتحفيز المورد البشري الذي يعد الركيزة الأساسية للتنمية ، وبغية حفاظ المنظمة على مواردها البشرية كان لزاما لها الحفاظ عليها عن طريق وضع إستراتيجية تحفيز ونظام حوافز يعكس مستوى تقييم طبيعة السلوك الإنساني الذي يسعى بطبعه الى إشباع حاجاته ورغباته وطموحاته الاجتماعية والنفسية والمعنوية والمادية . وبغية الإحاطة بالموضوع تطرق الباحث الى ماهية الحوافز وأهميتها وأنواعها وأهدافها وكذا اتجاهات التحفيز الحديثة، وكذا المنهج العلمي للتحفيز . Abstract: This article aims to identify the importance of incentive in the organization, since the success of the latter , its development and the level of achieving its objectives depends on the incentives it provides to its human resources ,as it has an important role in influencing employees ,and its lack of availability or distribution contrary to the principle of entitlement reflects the level and the effectiveness of the incentive system and interest in the subject of incentives falls within the scope of interest in stimulating the human resources, which is the basic pillar of development .By nature, he always seeks to satisfy his social, psychological, moral and material need, desires and ambition .In order to understand the subject, the researcher touched on the nature of incentives , their importance, types and objectives, as well as modern motivational trends, as well as scientific approach to motivation in the organization.
