Résumé: The study aimed to identify the role of e- training in improving the performance of the university professor at the University of Algeria , This is by identifying the relationship between the dimensions of electronic training and the performance of the university professor, The descriptive analytical approach appropriate for the subject matter of the study, and information was collected from the respondents (Newly recruited professors at Algerian universities) Through the design of an electronic questionnaire consisting of two axes of paragraphs) 43( in addition on the axis of personal and functional data (age, sex and job title). distributed to a sample of) 237( university professors, so that no form was lost, The data in the resolution were processed bassed on the statistical analysis program)Spss(. Some of the most important findings of the study are: There is a weak statistically significant correlation between e- training and the performance of the university professor at the University of Algeria. There is statistically significant impact on the performance of the university professor at the A University of Algeria. The lack of statistically significant differences at )α≥ .0.0( moral level between the responses of the study sample members is due to the age variable. The presence of statistical significant differences at )α≥ .0.0( moral level between the responses of the study sample members is due to variables of sex and functional title.
