المخدرات بين القانون وعلم النفس، قراءة أولية.
Résumé: شكلت المخدرات وتعاطيها ظاهرة مرضية لعديد من الدول، والجزائر من بين الدول التي تعاني التدفق المستمر للمؤثرات العقلية والمخدرات بجميع أصنافها، لكن يبقى التناول القانوني قديما قدم انضمامها إلى الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تتناول العلاج القانوني لهذه الظاهرة العابرة للقارات والحدود، ويبقى لعلم النفس رأيه العلمي الخاص، ما يدفع بالضرورة إلى إعادة النظر في التشريعات التي تتناول تعاطي المخدرات استهلاكا وتجارة ما يتماشى مع الوقت الحاضر، وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى لفت الانتباه ضرورة الاهتمام بالمستهلك والمدمن باعتباره مريضا والى عدم كفاية فهم ونجاعة المعالجة القانونية لهذه الظاهرة.Drugs and their abuse have been a satisfactory phenomenon for many countries, and Algeria is among the countries that suffer the constant influx of psychotropic substances and drugs of all kinds, but the legal approach remains old and has made its accession to international conventions dealing with the legal treatment of this transcontinental phenomenon and borders, and psychology remains for its own scientific opinion, This necessarily drives a review of the legislation dealing with drug consumption, consumption and trade, in line with the present time, The current study aims to be noticed the need to pay attention to the consumer and the addict as a patient and to insufficient understanding and efficacy legal treatment of this phenomenon.
