Résumé: ان ما يشهده العالم من تطورات كبيرة ومتسارعة في تكنولوجيات الاعلام والاتصال، يجعلنا امام حتمية محاولة التعرف عليها وإدراكها في مختلف مجالات الحياة الإنسانية والاجتماعية، خاصة أنها بنت وأسست لحياة ثانية بالنسبة للأفراد في مختلف النواحي التي يعيشها الفرد. كما أثرت هذه التكنولوجيات على مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية للأفراد وتحديدا التجارة والتسويق، فقد انطلق التسويق ليخوض في مجال رقمي من نوع وعالم آخر (الميتافيرس) يختلف عن سابقيه (منصات التواصل الاجتماعي)، فولدت بيئة جديدة بمميزات جديدة تمنح المنتج او الخدمة خصائص ومميزات تسويقية وإشهارية جديدة وأكثر واقعية، وهذا هو محور ومرتكز دراستنا هذه التي تتكلم عن مستقبل التسويق الرقمي عبر الواقع المعزز، واهم مميزاته وخصوصياته، وأيضا تتحدث عن نماذج لمنصات تقوم بالتسويق الافتراضي المعزز، ونماذج لاستثمارات الدول والمؤسسات والانفاق على التسويق عبر الميتافيرس. The rapid and significant developments in information and communication technologies pose a challenge for us to get to know and understand their applications in various domains of human and social life. These technologies have created a second life for individuals, which has also influenced the economic sphere, especially marketing. Marketing has ventured into a new digital realm (the metaverse) that is different from its predecessors (social media platforms). This new field has generated a new environment with novel features that endow the product or service with distinctive characteristics and advantages. This is the main topic of our study, which discusses the future of digital via augmented reality marketing, its key features and specificities, as well as examples of platforms that implement this type of marketing, and examples of investments and expenditures by countries and institutions on marketing through the metaverse.
