تفعيل ألية التقاضي الالكتروني في الجزائر Activation Of The Electronic Litigation Mechanism In Algeria

Résumé: مواكبة لمستجدات العصر الرقمي والتكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم اليوم نتيجة للثورة المعلوماتية، عملت مختلف الدول على غرار الجزائر على استغلال تلك التقنيات الحديثة لوسائل الاتصال في عصرنة العدالة، وذلك بالتحول من نظام التقاضي التقليدي إلى نظام التقاضي الالكتروني بعد أن أصبح هذا التوجه ضرورة لابد منه لرقي قطاع العدالة، لذا أصدر المشرع القانون 15-03 المتعلق بعصرنة العدالة الذي عمل من خلاله على إرساء نظام قضائي فعال يعمل على تخفيف العيوب التي تعتري مرفق القضاء وتسهل الاجراءات على المتقاضين. الكلمات المفتاحية : التقاضي الالكتروني- المحاكمة عن بعد- العصر الرقمي- عصرنة العدالة–التقاضي التقليدي. Abstract: To Keep pace with the new digital and technological age that the world is experiencing today as a result of the information revolution, various countries such as Algeria have worked to exploit these modern technologies for means of communication in the modernization of justice, the shift from; the traditional litigation system; to the electronic litigation system , which has become an imperative for promotion of the justice sector, if the legislator passes the 15-03 law on the modernization of justice, through which he has worked to establish an effective judicial system, to mitigate defects considered to be the space facility key words:electronic litigation – trial for justice - digital age - modernization of justice- traditional litigation .
