Résumé: This study aimed to identify the role of digitization in improving teaching performance from the point of view of the professors of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. The study was applied to a simple random sample of 40 professors at the University of Ouargla. This is based on the descriptive analytical approach, using the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection.and the results of the study were as follows:There is no application of digitization at a high level at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and there is a strong correlation between the dimensions of the independent variable digitization (digital education platform, educational content, employment of technology, self-development) and the dependent variable teaching performance at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla by 78.5%, while the level of performance The teaching staff of Kasdi Merbah University was average in light of the application of digitization. There are no statistically significant differences between the answers of the sample members about the application of digitization due to the personal variables
