واقع ممارسة مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفتهذهالدراسةللكشفعنواقع ممارسة مهارات الادارة الصفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي مقاطعة اميه ونسه(الوادي) وفقا لمتغير الجنس والخبرة المهنية، حيث تكونتعينةالدراسةمنمئة(100)أستاذوأستاذة،تم إختيارهم بطريقة طبقية، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، وتم تطبيق الأدوات الخاصة بالدراسة والتي تتمثل في مقياس الادارة الصفية، وقد جرت المعالجة الاحصائية للنتائج باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) للإجابة عن التساؤلات، وتحقيق الفرضيات التي انطلق منها البحث وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الإدارة الصفية تعزى لمتغير الجنس • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الإدارة الصفية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية Abstract This study aimed to reveal the reality of the practice of classroom management skills among primary education teachers in mihounsa district (EL OUED) according to the variable of gender and professional experience. The tools for the study, which are the classroom management scale, and the statistical treatment of the results was carried out using the (SPSS) program to answer the questions and achieve the hypotheses from which the research was launched. The study concluded the following: • There are no statistically significant differences in classroom management due to the gender variable. • There are no statistically significant differences in classroom management due to the professional experience variable.
