تأثير ممارسة رياضة الأيروبيك على بعض الصفات البدنية و الفزيولوجية لدى فئة النساء (30-39 سنة)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير ممارسة رياضة الأيروبيك على بعض العناصر البدنية و الفزيولوجية لدى فئة من النساء (30-39 سنة)، حيث تكونت العينة من 18 سيدة يقومون بتنفيذ 3 حصص تدريبية في الأسبوع من ولاية أم البواقي، تم استخدام في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تطبيق مجموعة من الاختبارات البدنية و الفزيولوجية القبلية و البعدية، وهذا بعد مدة شهرين من الممارسة، كما تمثلت الاختبارات البدنية المطبقة في كل من (اختبار ثني الجذع مع الوقوف، اختبار سرعة رد الفعل، اختبار الوثب العمودي(Sergent)، اختبار القوة العضلية القصوى للذراعين، اختبار رمي الكرة الطبية 2كغ) أما الاختبارات الخاصة ببعض الصفات الفسيولوجية فتمثلت في (قياس ضغط الدم في الراحة، قياس النبض القلبي في الراحة). This study aims to investigate the effect of practicing aerobic sport on some physical and physiological elements of a group of women (30-39 years old), where the sample consisted of 18 women who carried out 3 training sessions per week from the wilayat of Umm El Bouaghi, was used in this study The descriptive approach, where a set of physical and physiological tests, pre and post, were applied, and this is after a period of two months of practice, and the physical tests applied were: (bending the trunk while standing test, the reaction speed test, the vertical jump test (Sergent), The maximum muscle strength test of the arms, the medical ball 2 kg test). As for the tests for some physiological characteristics, they were (measuring blood pressure at rest, measuring the heart rate at rest).
