ثنائية الدلالة وإشكالية ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم عند الإمام الشاطبي(ت790ه)

Résumé: تسعى هذه الورقة إلى بحث ثنائية الدلالة الأصلية والدلالة التابعة عند الإمام الشاطبي، وبيان دورها في مقاربة موضوع ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم إلى غير العربية. وذلك نظرا لما تميز به الإمام رحمه الله من الدقة والعمق في طرح إشكالية ترجمة القرآن الكريم؛ فلم يمنع الترجمة مطلقا، كما لم يجزها مطلقا، وإنما توسط بين الأمرين طبق ما تمليه خلفيته المقاصدية. ولا غرابة أن يكون موقف الإمام مصدرا رئيسا للقول بجواز ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم حديثا، كما أقرت بذلك مشيخة الأزهر الشريف . This paper seeks to discuss the duality of the original significance and the dependent significance of Imam Al-Shatibi, and to clarify its role in approaching the issue of translating the meanings of the Noble Qur’an into non-Arabic. This is due to what Imam, may God have mercy on him, distinguished from the accuracy and depth in posing the problem of translating the Noble Qur’an; He did not prohibit translation at all, nor did he allow it at all, but he mediated between the two matters according to what his intentional background dictates, and it is not surprising that the Imam’s position is a major source for saying that the meanings of the Noble Qur’an may be newly translated, as the sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif acknowledged.
