واقع التّعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة الجزائريّة

Résumé: يشهد العالم اليوم ثورة علميّة وتكنولوجيّة هائلة في مختلف جوانب الحياة، ومن أهم المجالات التي أصبحت تواجه رهانات التّكنولوجيا مجال التعليم بصفة عامة، والتّعليم الجامعي بصفة خاصة، باعتباره ركيزة أساسيّة في البناء والتّطوير والتّنمية الشاملة. ومن هنا فإنّ الجامعات الجزائريّة مطالبة كغيرها من الجامعات بمسايرة ومواكبة هذا التّقدم التّقني والتّكنولوجي، وذلك بالاعتماد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات من خلال البحث عن أساليب ووسائل تعليميّة حديثة بهدف تحسين جودة التّعليم. يعمل هذا المستوى الجديد فيما يسمى بالتّعليم الإلكتروني على تقديم محتوى إلكتروني عبر الوسائط المعتمدة على الحاسوب وشبكاته إلى المتعلم، بشكل يتيح له إمكانية التّفاعل مع هذا المستوى في المكان والوقت والسرعة التي تناسبه. والتّعليم الإلكتروني كما هو معلوم أخذ حيّزًا واسعًا في الآونة الأخيرة بسبب جائحة كورونا، ما أدى إلى إعادة النّظر في النّظام التّعليمي نفسه، وضمانًا لاستمرارية التّعليم وجدت الجامعات الجزائرية نفسها مجبرة، إما على ترك مقاعد الدّراسة، ولمدة غير محدودة وهذا ما أربك حساباتها أو التّعليم عن بعد من خلال إدخالها إلى نظام التّعليم الإلكتروني واستخدام جميع الوسائل التّعليميّة، التي كانت في وقت ليس بالبعيد بأنّها وسائل غير صالحة ونتائجها غير مضمونة فيما إذا أراد الأستاذ توصيل المادة العلميّة للطلبة. والأسئلة التي تثار هنا ما التّعليم الإلكتروني؟ وما واقعه في الجامعات الجزائرية؟ وهل يمكن أن نقول على أنّه طريقة مؤهلة للعمل به في المستقبل في الجامعات الجزائريّة؟. Abstract: Today, the world is witnessing a tremendous scientific and technological revolution in various aspects of life, and one of the most important areas facing the challenges of technology is the field of education in general, and university education in particular, as it is an essential pillar in building, development and comprehensive development. Hence, Algerian universities, like other universities, are required to keep pace with this technical and technological progress, by relying on information technology through the search for modern educational methods and means in order to improve the quality of education . This new level of what is called e-learning works to provide electronic content through computer-based media and networks to the learner, in a way that allows him to interact .with this level in the place, time and speed that suits him E-learning, as it is well known, has taken a wide space recently due to the Corona pandemic, which led to a reconsideration of the educational system itself and to ensure the continuity of education. During its introduction into the e-learning system and the use of all educational aids, which were not so long ago that they were invalid and their results were not guaranteed, if the professor wanted to deliver the scientific material to the students. The questions that arise here, what is e-learning? What is the situation in Algeria? Can we say that it is a ?.qualified way to work in the future in Algerian universities
