واقع إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الجزائرية من منظور الزبائن (مؤسسة موبيليس انموذجا)

Résumé: ملخــص: تهدف الدراسة لتحليل مدى تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية من وجهة نظر العملاء من خلال المقارنة بين التطبيق الفعلي وما يتوقعه هؤلاء العملاء ، واستهدفنا عملاء مؤسسة موبيليس ، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيانات عليهم باعتماد مقياس ليكرت الخماسي ، وركزنا على الأبعاد التالية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة (التزام الإدارة العليا، التركيز على العملاء، تدريب وتطوير العاملين، عمليات التحسين المستمر)، ومن بين النتائج المتوصل اليها أنَّ التطبيق الفعلي لإدارة الجودة الشاملة كان متوسطًا، ويوجد اختلاف بين مستوى التطبيق الفعلي وبين المتوقع، وعليه قدمنا جملة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تدريب الموارد البشرية حول مهارات التعامل مع الزبائن لفهم احتياجاتهم وتلبيتها بشكل صحيح. Abstract The study aims to analyze the application of total quality management in Algerian economic institutions from the point of view of customers by comparing the actual application with what these customers expect. We targeted Mobilis customers, distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likret scale, We focused on the following dimensions of TQM (Top Management Commitment, Customer Focus, Staff Training and Development, Continuous Improvement Processes, One of the results reached is that the actual application of total quality management was moderate There is a difference between the level of actual application and the expected level, and accordingly we made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to train human resources on skills in dealing with customers in order to understand their needs and meet them properly.
