Résumé: ملخص: إن انتهاج الجزائر لنظام اقتصاد السوق وما نتج عنه من حرية التنافس بين الأعوان الاقتصاديين سواء في مجال الإنتاج أو الاستيراد، زاد من فرص تهديد المستهلكين في حياتهم ومصالحهم المادية والمعنوية، نظرا لتفاقم الغش في المنتجات والخدمات المعروضة من قبل المتدخلين وعلى هذا الأساس فرض المشرع الجزائري الرقابة على المنتجات والخدمات بهدف ضمان صحة وسلامة المستهلكين. حيث ألزم المتدخل باحترام شروط المطابقة للمواصفات والمقاييس المعتمدة من قبل هيئات التقييس. Abstract: Algeria's adoption of the market economy system and its effect that lead to the freedom of competition between economic agents whether in the field of production or import. This adoption has increased the chances of threat for Consumers in their lives and moral and interests. Due to the aggravation of fraud in the products and services offered ( presented) by the stakeholders. on this basis the Algerian's legislative imposes control on products and services that amis to ensure health and security for Consumers. It obliges the interferer respect the conditions of conformity to the specifications and the standards approved by the standardization organization.
