أثر جودة الخدمات البنكية على رضا العملاء في البنوك الجزائرية دراسة حالة بنك السلام الجزائري

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة جودة الخدمات البنكية وتوضيح تأثيرها على رضا العميل في بنك السلام الجزائري، من خلال معالجتنا للإشكالية التالية: هل يختلف أثر رفع مستوى جودة الخدمات المصرفية على رضا العملاء في البنوك التقليدية عنه في البنوك الاسلامية؟ ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 100 مفردة على عملاء بنك السلام الجزائري بوكالة ورقلة، واسترجاع 90 منها، وتم استخدام عددا من الأساليب الاحصائية ومعالجتها ببرنامج 22.00 spss لمعرفة النتائج المتوصل إليها واختبار فرضيات البحث التي تم وضعها. وأظهرت هذه الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباط ايجابية بين جودة الخدمات البنكية ورضا العملاء وقد خلصت الدراسة غلى ان الجودة الخدمات البنكية تؤثر على رضا العملاء، بحيث كان بعد الاستجابة أكبر تأثير وبعد التعاف اقل تأثير. This study aims to know the quality of banking services and to clarify its impact on customer satisfaction in the Algerian Al Salam Bank, through our treatment of the following problem: Is the effect of raising the quality of banking services different on customer satisfaction in traditional banks than in Islamic banks? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed on a sample consisting of 100 items to the clients of the Algerian Salam Bank in Ouargla Agency, and 90 were retrieved, and a number of statistical methods were used and dealt with with the 22.00 spss program to find out the findings and test the research hypotheses that had been developed. This study showed that there is a positive correlation between the quality of banking services and customer satisfaction. The study concluded that the quality of banking services affects customer satisfaction, so that the response dimension had the greatest impact and after recovery the least impact.
