تأثير التمكين الإداري على الإبداع التنظيمي في اتصالات الجزائر بالأغواط

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مدى تأثير التمكين الإداري على الإبداع التنظيمي، وشملت عينة الدراسة (38) عامل من اتصالات الجزائر بالأغواط، وقد تم اختبار هذا الأثر باستخدام تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتمكين الإداري في مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي فيما يتعلق ببعد الاتصال الفعال، وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات أهمها: العمل على تدعيم ثقافة التمكين في المؤسسة، وإعادة النظر في الرواتب والحوافز، ووضع برامج ترقية بعيدا عن المحسوبية. This research aimed to identify the impact of Administrative Empowerment on organizational creativity. the study sample consisted of (38) workers from Algeria Telecom in Laghouat, The data was analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), depending on analysis of Correlations, and the multiple regression. The results of the study assured that there’s an impact for Administrative Empowerment on Organizational Creativity inrelation Effective Communication. The study concluded the following recommendations: addition to working to strengthen a culture of empowerment in Organization, and it’s important to start to reconsidering of employees’ salaries and clear promotional programs.
