الزواج في المغرب الإسلامي دراسة تاريخية انثروبولوجية

Résumé: يعتبر الزواج من المحطات الأساسية والهامة في حياة الانسان، بل هو أساس استمرار الحياة البشرية، وللزواج أهمية كبيرة لدى سكان المغرب الإسلامي حيث يعتبر ركيزة أساسية ورابطة مقدسة تجمع الرجل بالمرأة، لذلك كان سكان بلاد المغرب الكثر حرصا على احترام المبادئ والاركان الشرعية للزواج، من حيث الخطبة وشروط العقد وطرقة الاحتفال بالعرس، ومن جهة أخرى فإن مراسيم الزواج في بلا المغرب أدخلت عليه مجموعة من العادات والتقاليد منها ما هو مباح ومنها ما يعتبر من البدع في نظري الفقهاء. وتهدف دراسة موضوع الزواج في بلاد المغرب الى ابراز الخصائص والمميزات الت واكبت الاحتفال بالزواج، وما مدى تمسك سكان بلاد المغرب بهذه العادات والتقاليد دون الخروج عن التعاليم الإسلامية الصحيحة، إضافة الى ابراز الموروث الثقافي والديني للمنطقة. Abstract: Marriage is considered to be an essential and important stop in human life. It is the basis for the continuation of human life. Marriage is of great importance to the people of the Islamic Maghreb, where it is a fundamental pillar and a sacred bond that brings men together with women, It is for this reason that the people of Maghreb are keen to respect the legal principles and principles of marriage, in terms of betrothal, the terms of the contract and the manner in which the wedding is celebrated.. The purpose of the study on marriage in Morocco is to highlight the characteristics and characteristics of the celebration of marriage. The extent to which the Moroccan population adheres to these customs and traditions without deviating from the correct Islamic teachings, as well as to highlight the cultural and religious heritage of the region
