أهمية استخدام وسائط الصيرفة الالكترونية في تطوير الخدمات المصرفية: دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية والبنك الوطني الجزائري بولاية سطيف

Résumé: ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية استخدام وسائط الصيرفة الالكترونية في تطوير الخدمات المصرفية في البنوك التجارية العمومية من وجهة نظر موظفيها، وقد شملت الدراسة عينة حجمها 58 مفردة من موظفي بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية والبنك الوطني الجزائري بمدينة سطيف. وقد أكدت النتائج أن هناك اتفاق تام لدى موظفي البنوك محل الدراسة على أهمية استخدام وسائط الصيرفة الإلكترونية الحديثة في تطوير الخدمات المصرفية المقدمة للزبائن، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود اختلاف في إجابات أفراد العينة فيما يتعلق بأهمية استخدام وسائط الصيرفة الالكترونية تعزى لمتغيري السن والمستوى التعليمي Abstract This study aimed to highlight the importance of using electronic banking methods in developing banking services in public commercial banks from the viewpoint of its employees. The study included a sample size of 58 individual employees of the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank and the National Bank of Algeria in Setif. The results confirmed that there is a complete agreement among the bank employees under study on the importance of using modern electronic banking methods in developing banking services provided to customers, and the results showed that there is no difference in the responses of the sample members with regard to the importance of using electronic banking media due to age and educational level changes.
