الحداثة وعلاقتها بثقافة المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية -دراسة ميدانية بشركة موبيليس وكالة ادرار، تيميمون وبرج باجي مختار -modernity And Its Relationship With The Culture Of The Algerian Economic Institution- A Field Study At The Mobilis Agency In Adrar, Timimoun, And Bordj Badji Mokhtar -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الحداثة وثقافة المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، كون عملية التأثير والتأثر لا تكون إلا بوجود علاقة بين طرفين، واعتمد الباحث في إعداد هذه الورقة البحثية على المنهج الوصفي لوصف ظاهرة الحداثة وتحليل بيانات الدراسة، وكان مجتمع البحث مكون من مجموع عمال وكالة موبيليس لكل من ولاية أدرار وتيميمون وبرج باجي مختار والبالغ عددهم 52 عاملاً، حيث تم الإعتماد على طريقة المسح الشامل لأفراد مجتمع البحث في إختيار عينة الدراسة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين الحداثة وثقافة المؤسسة الإقتصادية الجزائرية على أساس أنه: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النماذج العقلانية وقيم المؤسسة في الشركة محل الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، كما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استعمال التكنولوجيات الحديثة وأعراف المؤسسة الاقتصادية في الشركة محل الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة(0.01). This study aims to identify the relationship between modernity and the culture of the Algerian economic institution, The process of influence and being influenced occurs only in the presence of a relationship between two variables. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon of modernity and analyze the study data. The research population consisted of all employees of the Mobilis agency in the wilayas of Adrar, Timimoun, and Bordj Badji Mokhtar, totaling 52 employees. The comprehensive survey method was used to select the study sample. The study concluded that there is a relationship between modernity and the culture of Algerian economic institutions. Specifically, there is a statistically significant relationship between rational models and the values of the institution in the company under study at a significance level of (0.01). Additionally, there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of modern technologies and the norms of the economic institution in the company under study at a significance level of (0.01).
