Résumé: ملخص: عرف المغرب العربي تطورات ثنائية التأثير و التأثر الحاصل بينه و بين المتغيرات الوافدة الجديدة من البيئة الدولية تركزت أساساً في التهديدات اللاتناظرية من إرهاب و جريمة منظمة و هجرة غير شرعية. و في سياق هذه التطورات، ظهرت المشاريع الأوروبية كوسيلة لمواجهة التحديات المشتركة مع الضفة الجنوبية آخرها سياسة الجوار الأوروبية التي مثلث منعطفا جديدا في مسار العلاقات الأورومغاربية المتمخضة عن التوسيع الأوروبي، الذي أحدث تخوم جغرافية جديدة، و بالتالي تحديات أمنية جديدة، اعتبرها الطرف الأوروبي وافدة من المحيط المغاربي، الأمر الذي فرض منطق المسؤولية المشتركة بين ضفتي المتوسط. تبحث هذه الدراسة في مضمون استجابة الجزائر لمنطق سياسة الجوار، ومستوى الاندماج و بالتالي التنازلات المقدمة، والامتيازات المكتسبة في سبيل إنجاح السياسة الجوارية. European Union, European Neighborhood Abstract : Policy, Algeria: The Arab Maghreb has known a development according to the duality of influence and vulnerability occurring between it and the new arriving variables from the international environment, mainly concentrated in the asymmetric threats of terrorism, organized crime and illegal immigration. In the context of these developments, European projects emerged as a means to confront common challenges with the South Bank, the most recent being the European Neighborhood Policy, which represented a new turn in the course of Euro-Maghreb relations resulting from European expansion, which created new geographical boundaries, and thus new security challenges, which the European side considered as coming from the Maghreb periphery, which imposed the logic of joint responsibility between the two shores of the Mediterranean according to the European Union logic and philosophy. This paper examines the content of the response of each Maghreb country separately to the logic of the neighborhood policy, the level of integration and thus the concessions made, and the privileges gained in order to make the neighborhood policy succeed.
