الاتصال الإستراتيجي ودوره في إدارة الأزمات المؤسساتية

Résumé: تعيش المؤسسات باختلاف أشكالها عصر الأزمات التي يصعب تشخيصها والتحكم فيها في معظم الأحيان: أزمة تسويقية، أزمة مالية، أزمة قضائية وغيرها، وتهدد الأزمة القيم الجوهرية التي ترتكز عليها المؤسسة، كما تهدد من قدرتها على المنافسة مما قد يعرضها للانهيار والزوال، كونها موقفا غير متوقع يحدث بشكل مفاجئ يضع متخذ القرار في محك حقيقي، لهذا ظهرت الحاجة إلى الاتصال الإستراتيجي -القائم على التخطيط وعلى الأهداف الإستراتيجية- كركيزة أساسية توجه المؤسسة وتعمل على تعزيز وجودها في عالم الأعمال اليوم، وأداة رئيسية لانتهاج سياسة اتصال متماسكة، كما يعد الاتصال الإستراتيجي المفتاح الرئيسي لإدارة الأزمة والذي من المفترض أن يؤدي أدوارا محددة في جميع مراحل الأزمة - قبل، أثناء، وبعد الأزمة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد مسار الاتصال الإستراتيجي وقت الأزمات بالمؤسسة، وإبراز مدى مساهمة الإستراتيجية الاتصالية في إدارة الأزمات بفعالية ونجاح. Today, The Institutions of different kinds live in era of crises that are difficult to diagnosis and control : marketing crisis, financial crisis, judicial crisis and others. The crisis threatens the fundamental values on which the institution is based, As it threatens the ability to compete, which may expose them to collapse and disappearance, as an unexpected situation occurs suddenly puts the decision-maker in real test , This is why the need for strategic communication - based on planning and strategic objectives- has emerged as an essential pillar of the institution and is working to strengthen its presence in the business world today, and key tool for a coherent communication policy. Strategic communication is also the key to managing crisis, which is supposed to play specific roles in all stages of the crisis - before, during, and after the crisis. This research aims to identify a path of strategic communication at the time of crises in the institution and to illustrate the contribution of the communication strategy in crisis management effectively and successfully
