Résumé: This study aims to identify the most prominent crises that have been exposing to the National Rail Transport Company, And to reveal how they managed it, in addition to highlighting the importance of strategic planning in the management of crises facing the company, More than to identify the factors that must be taken into account in the strategic planning process. In order to make this study more objective, we have prepared an interview guide to the communication managers of this institution. Our study used the descriptive analytical method. This study concluded that the National Rail Transport Company is faced with a number of problems: financial problems, incidents of train collisions, which is often turn into crises as a result of negligence of dealing with them. The general directorate is the responsible direction which makes the strategic planning programs of the company, but generally is the "Ministry of Transport" which creates the general foresight according to the state policy. The company also makes a management guide to the future crises, depending on its knowledge of the dangers and accidents of the railway station.
