الثقافة التنظيمية كمتطلب لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالجامعة

Résumé: تهدف هذه المقالة إلى التركيز على الثقافة التنظيمية باعتبارها متطلب من متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالجامعة،وبما ان الجامعة مؤسسة اجتماعية وثقافية ومكان توليد الأفكار والمعارف وجب تدعيم قيم وثقافات الموارد البشرية بها، خاصة أن نشر الثقافة عن طريق المشاركة وتبادل الخبرات والمعلومات والتعاون والثقة المتبادلة، وغيرها من القيم التي تدعم الترابط والتعاون بين الأفراد وتؤمن بأهمية الرؤية المشتركة لتحقيق الأهداف، سيدعم ويساند ممارسات وتطبيقات إدارة المعرفة على مستوى المؤسسة الجامعية، ولمعالجة هذا الموضوع تم التطرق إلى أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة به كمفهوم الثقافة التنظيمية ومفهومي المعرفة وإدارة المعرفة، ثم تناولنا متغير الثقافة التنظيمية من ناحية أهميتها ومصادرها، لنعرج إلى ماهية إدارة المعرفة وأهميتها في الجامعة، لنصل إلى عرض الثقافة التنظيمية كمدخل لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالجامعة واهم المعوقات التي يمكن أن تحول دون ذلك وعرض بعض الاقتراحات التي تدعم تجسيد إدارة المعرفة بالجامعة مع مراعاة مطلب الثقافة التنظيمية. Abstract: This article aims to focus on organizational culture as a requirement for the application of knowledge management at the univercity, and since the univercity is a social and cultural institution and a place of generating ideas, the values and cultures of human resources must be strengthened in it, especially since the disselination of culture through participation, exchange of goods, and mutual trust. One of the values that support interdependence and cooperation between individuals and believes in the importance of common vision to achieve goals, i twill support the practices knowledge management at the univercity institution level. Its importance and its sources, let us go back to the nature of knowledge management , in order to reach the presentation of organizational culture as the entrance to the application of knowledge management in the univercity and the most important obstacles that can prevent it and presenting some the improvement culture in a university case, taking into account the requirement of organizational culture.
