نموذج مقترح للخريطة الاستراتيجية لمؤسسة حضنة حليب بالمسيلة بالاعتماد على منظورات بطاقة الأداء المتوازن

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ممارسة الأنشطة اللازمة لتطبيق بطاقة الاداء المتوازن في مؤسسة حضنة حليب بالمسيلة، بالإضافة إلى محاولة بناء نموذج قابل لتطبيق الخريطة الاستراتيجية في نفس المؤسسة وذلك بالاعتماد على منظورات بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استبانة وفق مقياس ليكرت ذو الأوزان الخمسة، وزعت على 33 إطارا من إطارات المؤسسة. وبعد تحليل معطيات الاستبيان والمقابلة خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة تمارس الجهود والأنشطة اللازمة لتطبيق بطاقة الاداء المتوازن، إلا أنها تفتقد للتنسيق والترابط اللازم الذي يجعل هذه الابعاد تعمل مع بعضها البعض بشكل متكامل، وانتهت الدراسة باقتراح نموذج للخريطة الاستراتيجية يساهم في خلق الترابط المفقود بين منظورات بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في مؤسسة حضنة حليب. The objective of this study is to determine the extent to which the activities required to implement the Balanced Scorecard in the enterprise of Hodna Lait at M'sila. In addition, research is trying to build a theoretical model that can be applied to the strategic map in the same enterprise. This is done on the basis of Balanced Scorecard perspectives. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed on the Likert scale of five points. This questionnaire was distributed to 33 responsibles of the entreprise. After analyzing the questionnaire data and the content of the interviews, the study concluded that the entreprise was deploying the necessary efforts and activities to implement the Balanced Scorecard. But they lack the coordination and coherence needed to make these dimensions work together in an integrated way. The study ended with the proposal of an applied or experimental model of the strategic map. This model contributes to the creation of the missing link between the perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard in Hodna Lait. L'objectif de cette étude est de déterminer dans quelle mesure les activités requises pour mettre en œuvre la Balanced Scorecard dans l’entreprise Hodna lait de M’sila. En plus, la recherche essaye de construire un modèle théorique qui peut être appliqué à la carte stratégique dans la même entreprise. Ceci est fait sur la base de perspectives de Balanced Scorecard. Pour atteindre cet objectif, un questionnaire a été conçu sur l’échelle de Likert de cinq points. Ce questionnaire a été distribué à 33 cadres de l’entreprise. Après avoir analysé les données du questionnaire et le contenu des entretiens, l’étude a conclu que l’entreprise déployait les efforts et les activités nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de la Balanced Scorecard. Mais, ils manquent de la coordination et de la cohérence nécessaires pour que ces dimensions fonctionnent ensemble de manière intégrée. L'étude s'est terminée par la proposition d'un modèle appliqué ou expérimental de la carte stratégique. Ce modèle contribue à la création du chaînon manquant entre les perspectives de la Balanced Scorecard dans l’entreprise Hodna Lait.
