دور إستراتيجية التحفيز في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية في ظل التحديات الراهنة –دراسة عينة من إطارات مؤسسة نفطال-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التحفيز في تحسين أداء المورد البشري في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، باعتباره أحد الاستراتيجيات الهامة التي تعمل على رفع مستويات أداء الأفراد من خلال عدة متغيرات أهمها زيادة رضاهم الوظيفي. حيث جاءت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة عشوائية من إطارات مؤسسة نفطال قدرت بـ 245 إطار، و تم تطبيق المنهج الكمي بالاعتماد على الجداول الإحصائية لتحليل و تفسير العلاقة ما بين المتغيرات للتأكد من صحة الفرضيات. و من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: - غياب عوامل التحفيز بالمؤسسة يساهم في رفع مشاعر الاستياء لدى الإطارات و دفعهم إلى التهاون والتراجع في مستوى الأداء. - يبقى الأجر المحفز الأساسي لتحقيق مشاعر الرضا لدى الإطارات. - مستويات التحفيز و الرضا تبقى دائما نسبية و هذا ما يعزز نظرية سلم الحاجات لأبراهام ماسلو. Abstract: This study aims at knowing the role of motivation in enhancing the HR performance in the economic institution since it is one of the most important strategies that aim at lifting up the individuals’ levels through different variables, mainly job satisfaction increase. This field study is carried out on a random sample of 245 Naftal executives. We used the quantitative method with statistical tables to analyze and interpret the relation between the variables to validate the hypotheses. Findings show that: - the absence of incentives in the institution contributes to increasing dissatisfaction of the executives and lead them to negligence and low performance. - the salary is the main incentive for job satisfaction of the executives. - the satisfaction and motivation levels are always relative what consolidates the theory of Maslow’s pyramid of needs.
