Résumé: This current study aimed to identify the relationship of the internal work environment with the job stability of the workers of the Central Bank of Algeria - Ouargla, and the conditions provided by the institution in reducing the rate of employee turnover and gaining the loyalty of workers. This study was conducted during the university season of 2022/2023 and was conducted on all the 58 workers of the establishment. The field research methodology was adopted in this study, and the data collection tools were observation and questionnaire. ‏ The results of the study are the following: - That the institution is dominated by the central authority to a large extent, as the management of the institution does not give the worker the opportunity to contribute to taking some decisions related to the institution’s functioning system. Rather, it alone enacts orders and decisions without thinking about the impact it leaves on the stability of the worker in the institution. - The institution has modern equipment suitable to facilitate the work of the individual, with the availability of cooling devices in all offices and good lighting that helps to carry out the work to the fullest, the institution also provides an incentive system that works automatically every year for promotion. As for wages, additional wages have been allocated for workers who work overtime, and for tourism services, it has allocated a hotel for workers on the coast for recreation in summer vacations, with food and drink costs covered. We found out that the management of the establishment seeks to provide the appropriate physical conditions for the workers in order to ensure the stability of the worker and to provide a comfortable work environment, and this is what needs to be done to achieve efficiency. - The establishment works to create a spirit of collective cooperation by intending to distribute tasks to workers among themselves, with the absence of cooperation between workers and their officials.
