Résumé: ملخص: تعد لوحة القيادة من أهم الوسائل المستعملة في مراقبة التسيير بحيث تمكن المسير من أخذ نظرة شاملة عن وضعية المؤسسة ومدى نجاعة أساليب التسيير فيها من خلال النتائج المحققة والتي تظهر في لوحة القيادة عن طريق جملة من المؤشرات المتعلقة بجميع الوظائف، وذلك بهدف مراقبة القرارات المتخذة والعمل على تصحيحها. لذا فالمصارف(البنوك) بحاجة إلى نظام يسمح لها بقيادة مختلف أنشطتها وضمان سيرورتها الحسنة، وكذا تقييم المسؤوليات وتحسين النتائج. Abstract: The dashboard is one of the most important tools used in monitoring management so that the manager can take a comprehensive view of the status of the organization and the effectiveness of its management methods through the results achieved and shown in the dashboard through a number of indicators related to all functions, in order to monitor the decisions taken and work on Corrected.
